The Temple of Artemis

The Temple of Artemis in Ephesus (one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World) has been confirmed to have existed since the Bronze Age. It was destroyed twice in a flood in the 7th century B.C., and an arson attack in 356 B.C., but the third construction began in 323 B.C. under the direction of Alexander the Great's reconstruction, and stood firmly until the Roman Empire era. At this time, the Temple of Artemis was a huge temple with over 60 m wide, 100 m long, and 106 columns.
